To Leon Askin`s family in Austria. I have many fond memories of Leon in Hogan`s Hereos. He was a wonderful actor with agreat sense of comedy- his timing was superb. Even with his passing his memory will live on and many generations in years to come will enjoy,as I have, his unique talent.

Ich möchte mein tiefstes Beileid an alle Verwandten und Freunde von Leon Askin, geboren als Leo Aschkenasy, besonders aber an seine Frau Anita Askin-Wichert, aussprechen. Er war ein großartiger Schauspieler, der mich, hauptsächlich als General Burkhalter, oft zum Lachen brachte. Er war wohl auch privat ein sympatischer Mensch.
Ich werde ihn vermissen.
